The detailing was performed for F-, vehicle was in the shop for 3 days, I had to wait 1 day to get a call from service specialist to make an appointment, then I waited 1 week for an appointment, appointment was scheduled one week after the service specialist called me and 9 days from the day I called to make an appointment, which was the purchasing deal , and salesman called me a week earlier that’s everything was ready! When I arrived at 10am, as the appointment was scheduled, I had to wait in the car for 12 minutes to be served. And then another 10-15 minutes , I had to wait till the service advisor figured out what the order was placed and why I was there ! Very negative experience, competitively with Escondido Lexus, where everyone was professional, no wait time, no appointment required, I came in, with in 40 seconds, I was greeted, brought to service advisor, who took my concerns and done paper work within 5 min , and another 10 minutes , I left the dealership in a loaner. The same ownership, but the difference like the sky and the ground!
