I have always had excellent service with Lexus. I am a long standing customer. My only issue this particular time was that Chris recommended that I do an alignment. He said it was last done a year and a half ago, in actually it was done a year ago. He mentioned it’s advised annually. I asked about the cost of the alignment and he quoted the full cost of my entire service instead. In hindsight, it felt like it was an upsell situation. I understand he is just doing his job, but when I saw the cost of the alignment was more than my original service, I felt slightly manipulated. Also, my paperwork said “customer requests” alignment, but in reality he advised me to do. He did mention that the alignment was a good way to maintain my tire investment. My last service was for a 60,000 mile service and I got new tires, alignment and a new battery. With that said, I do know that the service provided is excellent. I do not doubt the work itself. I just left feeling in question, if the alignment was really necessary. Ultimately, it was my decision to do it. Overall this is not typical of past experiences, so I thought to share my thoughts with this survey. I’ve had exceptional service with John Castillo previously, before he retired. No follow up needed please. This was just a small deviation from the norm. Thank you.

My mouse pad wasn’t pushing down great but still worked. I was told it needed to be replaced. Once I picked up the vehicle it doesn’t work at all whatsoever. It worked 100% before I dropped it off. Also my vehicle didn’t get washed either.
