Why does it take 25 min to drop a car off? Smugg attitude from service adviser. Made a appt after a quote. The staff had no idea why I was there. Nor did the service adviser. You guys call me all the time for scheduled maintenance. We appreciate that. We take our car to a Toyota certified independent for this reason. Take it easy.
