Your service rep told me that there was damage to my tire that was unable to be repaired so it was going to cost $400 plus dollars for a new tire. I took the car into Americas tire today, they pulled a small nail out of my tire for no charge and fixed it. I also had a piece missing on my antenna which I was quoted over $2500 to fix and I just ordered one online that I will install myself for under $100. I have had bad service experiences at your dealer before but gave it another chance after getting a brand new vehicle there and having a great sales experience, but I feel that I am sized up for being a young female and the rates I am quoted for things are absolutely astronomical and wrong. My service representative was not very friendly as I have had better experience with others before. I am in the service industry and I would just expect better from the Lexus name surrounding my whole experience.

Most of the queries and items to be addressed were taken care of. Just on the interiors, probably after the maintenance or work I can see fingerprints or black smudge marks on the upholstery. It looks bad on the roof near the moonroof. Would have been better if that was cleaned after the service

I had my car scheduled for maintenance, due to volume of cars taken in that day my car was not worked on. I was informed that it will be ready the next day. I assumed that it will be ready first thing in the morning. It was not. I was upset. When I went to pick up my car in the afternoon, there was no charge for the service. Lexus acknowledged their error and corrected by not charging tjhe customer (me) for the Inconvenient.
