I was asked if I wanted my car washed when I dropped it off. It was not done even though you had it an extra day. Due to the fact that the work was not done the day of the appointment. Also was surprised my presetting for my seat was changed.
Alex was great when I dropped the car off on Friday. He was not there when I picked up the car on Saturday.
