I was informed that I needed an alignment, but Lexus Carlsbad just did an alignment 4,000 miles ago. I’ve been the only driver since then and I haven’t driven over any pot holes, into curbs, or off road. It just doesn’t make logical sense to me that I need another Chris. The only way it does make sense is that it wasn’t done last time - accidentally slipped by. Or not done correctly. Human error. It happens. But Chris didn’t entertain those ideas at all. I know how I’ve driven the car, we’re only talking 4,000 miles. So I told Chris I’d rather take it somewhere else to have the alignment done. How would you feel in the same circumstance? And thank you for asking.
