I had to call the service department at least 4 times before I could get through to make an appointment. I was kept on hold a minimum of ten minutes each time.

The check in process was seamless. alex explained the process to me and promised an hour total service and he came back to me after an hour that service was completed. There was roughly a 5-10 mins delay in retrieving my vehicle which i assumed to be caused by the car wash service. I heard this explained to the lady customer who was also waiting for her car. The car arrived but still wet - the tires and the rear. I guess car wash does not include wiping it dry. Secondly Alex forgot yo give me the contact info for julian whom he said i should contact for technical questions.
