My only negative experience was during the delivery of my completed vehicle to the pick up area. Waited over 30 minutes to have it brought to the pick up area. After I questioned situation, the attendant drove it up, got out of vehicle and disappeared. No key delivery, no explanation, no Thank you or Have a Nice Day! ??????? Disappointed.

Kim was very helpful, and very personable. She made me feel like I was walking into a friends house. I was able to fill open, honest, uncomfortable, and tell her exactly what was going on with my car. She understood where I was coming from and made me feel very welcomed. I appreciate that being a woman a lot of the times it can be awkward going into situations, especially when it has to deal with car service. She made it so simple and easy and Quick. I was very grateful. Also, checking out was delightful. The women at the checkout desk are extremely pleasant. I was able to hold conversation with them that didn’t feel like just common conversation that people have to pass the moment. Even though the first time my car wasn’t able to get fixed, I appreciate it all the customer service that I came in contact with. I’m extremely grateful for purchasing my Lexus and feeling like I am being well taken care of. Thank you so much again for all your help sitting at the Lexus dealership for an hour and a half went by extremely quickly. I had my 12-year-old son and my two-year-old niece. It was extremely accommodating, and it was overall a wonderful experience.

I thought Ryan was very nice and assured me I’d get my car back early afternoon. That happened so that was great! However the mechanic said I had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired. I was told I would need a new tire. I took it to the tire place we use and they told me it could be fixed and that I did not need a new tire. I’m not sure why I was told by Lexus service that it couldn’t be repaired.

Great service, one suggestion. Focus of service was alignment (due to new tires). I suggest a copy of alignment report be attached to invoice, like the inspection checklist is, and as Toyota Carlsbad service does. It’s can be useful to track or trend changes in alignment. I’d like to know if changes were needed and how much on which wheels. I don’t mind paying evening alignment wasn’t much or really needed.
