I asked for my tires to he rotated again and he refused to rotate them because they tread was low. Tires still need to be rotated no matter what.
Kind of disappointed when I pay how much for a service there and they can't do one thing. Plus making my husband wait almost three hours for a service to be done.

They filled my def tank, which was basically full and I don’t feel that is a part of service. I just asked for an oil & filter change, and tire rotation if needed. I feel the DEF is like the fuel and can take care of that as needed at my cost. Otherwise, I am totally satisfied. Thank you!

We are thrilled with Paul’s service. His concern and care for us is clearly evident. Paul patiently listened, ask questions, and the clearly communicated a plan of attack. In light of how busy you all are, I was super impressed with two things. 1. Paul made me feel valued. 2. Paul went above and beyond by his willingness to do a diagnostic test on our vehicle to discover we had a battery issue. Rather than having to wait 3 weeks and be without our car, Paul got us a new battery and our car back in unbelievable turnaround time. We were surprised and are extremely grateful!
