I was happy with the way l was treated. I was disappointed that after they put the faulty module in, they only test drove it but did not check the electronic system to see if that was the cause of the steering wheel problem. That meant making another trip and probably more expensive since they didn’t do what they had said the first time.
Also when the module came in they called to make an appointment when my car had been there over two weeks. I guess just lack of communication.

Questions about my mirror that you guys were supposed to fix that was just put on lately it makes a clicking sound every time I put it in and jumps and they said that’s a normal sound. Oh no, it is not. The damn thing is gonna fall off within a month if it keeps going this way, when I pick up was new, there was no noises ran nice and smooth and now you guys put three different mirrors on and they keep clicking in the damn things quit working, so I wish you would pick it up at your convenience and fix it the right way. Thank you.
