The service was fine. The behavior of one employee working in the service department was truly disappointing. I voiced my concern to the service manager who told me that he would “handle it”. I hope he did because surely you don’t want women that walk through your service department to feel as uncomfortable as I did today. I felt as though I was walking through a high school or prison instead of a luxury car dealership.

I already spoke with my service sales person and I am still not happy. I came in thinking that this visit would be a simple oil change, but I was told that this maintenance was a big one which could take a couple days and ~$4k. Boy did your company take me to the cleaners. The work done was a basic oil change with a couple other small items (4 hours in the shop and could only have been 1-2 hours of actual work), but you still charged me for 8 hours at $260/hr and all the other heavy markups $3,908. You won this time but I am going to have to go elsewhere. I don’t treat my customers this way and I don’t work with companies that act this way. You can call me if you want (****-****-xxxx).

If it wasn’t for Madalyn ****’ excellent customer service skills, I WOULD NEVER take my Alfa Romeo to your dealership…that ‘new guy’ (service rep) you recently hired?…not good! Madalyn always goes above and beyond her services. If I decide to take my vehicle to your dealership, I ONLY want to deal with Madalyn. Even my wife compliments her….
