This new text communication and transparency with the inspection and the work done is great. Makes me feel more secure with the work being done and what I'm being charged for. Nobody likes to feel scammed and that's sort of what it felt like before this. For the first time, I felt like I wasn't scammed out of my money after leaving the dealership and that's a good feeling.

The issue was never fixed and I was told it’s a normal issue. I find it hard to believe that a luxury car has a high pitch squealing sound between 15 mph and 40 mph and that is a normal thing, it is also extremely embarrassing dealing with that during business appointments involving my car. I’ve also been reading forums and chats on the Internet about that same issue and other people receiving many different possible diagnosis and having that same issue fixed.
I am very busy and haven’t had time yet, but do plan on bringing it to another dealership to try to figure out that issue.
