I was disappointed that my car said I needed an oil change after only 3400 miles. When I asked after the recall service and oil change I was told that my car didn’t need it but it was done anyway and that I didn’t need to bring it back in until 13000 miles even if the car says I should. It feels like I wasted $280 on a service I did not need. I would have expected to be told that this was not required before service and just have had the recall performed.

The vehicle was towed to you on 11/27 and not completed until 12/3. I called several times, left a message and never got a return call. The hourly rate of $350.00 per hour for installing a battery is very expensive to me. I was NOT happy with the service.

When I got into my car, my cell phone holder was sitting in the passenger seat. Someone obviously knocked it out of its spot and didn't bother to put it back. Whoever did it should have known better and put it back where it belonged. I showed Madeline and she took the time to put it back in where it was supposed to be.

Monday we called ask about the car. The service dept never answered
Called sales and they walked over to tell them to answer phone
Ask to be connected to Tony. Got voice mail, left message and

Waited again till Tuesday and went to pick up the car Never ask me about making appointment to get car back in
