Madalyn Did great. And so did the fella who washed my car looks very nice . Only complaint is whatever manager answered the phone when I called and talked to monte(today’s date 8/07/24) Thursday last week. Don’t like your attitude buckaroo. Not cool. Usually when I call in it’s pretty simple I can talk to someone in service. Or we set a time to call back. Completely pushing it to the side of your co worker who wasn’t sure and had to ask you multiple questions. When we could have saved time by you simply chatting with me for 30 seconds to address the problem and save me from Thursday-Wednesday worth of labor time and effort. No one but you guys have the lowered lift in the area other than some shady mechanics. It forced me to try and do it myself which wow bad idea. When I called back in to Alfa Romeo St Pete and actually talked to someone after exhausting all options but the shady mechanics. “They said no problem that’s easy”. Simple as that Nick, Mike, ****. Whatever your name was. I was only upset due to the lack of understanding. Felt like The manager on duty blew me off on some Lackadaisical whim I figured Visiting/Calling an Alfa Romeo dealership should similar to Audi, or Mercedes, Lincoln with the utmost customer service and support. To the point it’s almost disturbingly nice. Nick, ****, Mike whoever you are made it feel like a fuckin used car lot. Even if you say “it’s a liability” talk it out with me and I’ll sign a waver to remove said liability there was where no else to take my car within a reasonable distance. I called 4 separate Alfa Romeo’s in Florida all who said yes to my request, which gave me the confidence to call back the st Pete location and try again this long **** message is the accumulation of 10 hours of struggle trying to set a tire by my self with pry bars, calling over 15 tire shops and mechanics to have them all say “no or maybe let’s find out” which is not very re assuring. Only to find out 30 seconds of conversation would have saved my shins from being **** up and hands from being raw as hell. Also another 4 hours I’m not going to get into.

Definitely NOT satisfied. Have had my car in twice for the same problem and drove off today after being told there is nothing wrong for the same problem to persist. I HIGHLY DOUBT anyone even drove my vehicle today to see the problem. Was just told they drained some gas and the fuel gauge went down. Tried to call but couldn’t get through. Sent a text and no response. Will be back in the shop this coming week for the third time for the SAME problem.

My battery died 3 days after, my car currently shows its max level oil was exceeded after I had to go get an oil change when the car already was ready for one when the dealership received it. Also had to purchase 4 continental tires the day of the service of my normal shop, for the oil change, battery replacement, then 4 new tires. I would expect the mechanics who usually specifically work on these cars to notice one of the 3 services that I’d hope would be under warranty since the shifter was not, but even though the whole boot design around the shifter is pretty terrible, considering it’s right under the cup holder. There should be some sort of way that a liquid doesn’t even have a chance to be routed directly to a wiring harness. Which was a service I know I could’ve done by myself for about a third of the price. Never got offered a loaner car and will only help roadside if I go through your dealership which quoted me higher on the service and labor but I figured you guys would handle it best. Main reason I requested a trade in appraisal honestly, I’ve been super happy with the car until about a month ago. It’s made me want to switch and it’s been a year since I’ve got it.
