He was very kind, helpful and cares about his customers. Even if they didn't have all the right information w the warranty, the closest dealer ship should help all in Massachusetts with the same manufacturer.

Dillon was great, however, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change AND inspection sticker. When I spoke with the advisor (not Dillon) I confirmed I wanted an inspection sticker and oil change. My brother in law came home when done. I took the car to run errands and noticed the sticker was not changed. I called and was transferred 5 times, each time a different person asked me to provide my name, phone number, year and make of vehicle. Finally , the last person I spoke to said there was no service advisor available and said someone would call me back. I told her not to bother as I am on my way. When I got there, I discovered only the oil change was done! Fortunately, Dillon was able to catch the inspector before he left and was able to have an inspection. It was a huge inconvenience to go back. Dillion said the person that brought the car in signed off on the oil change and “5 point inspection”, I suspect that he just heard the word inspection and didn’t think twice about it. Additionally, the last time I brought my car in for an oil change. The technician forgot to put the oil cap back on, and I consequently had an oil spill all over my engine and driveway. I had to bring it back to have it cleaned and the oil change redone.That is two back to back oil changes in which I’ve had an issue !! I’ve always help Ron Bouchards in high regard but feel that lately there has been a lack of attention to detail.

I provided a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $69 but final bill was $79. I was given no rxplanation for the additionsl charge. When I got home and reslixrf the increas I called and spoke to a young about the matter and she said someone would get back to me. I never got a call back.

They said I needed a lot of things to have done to my car while I was having an oil change and tire rotation.i just recently purchase my car from you in the last 3 months . I Honda it was a lease and I paid top dollar. They didn’t even wash the vehicle for me or vacuume it out when I brought it back to you after the lease it was washed and vacuumed by me. Now when I bring it to you for my first oil change they say I need 750 dollars worth of work. That’s not right. And they took my vehicle for 3 weeks so they can get the title. So I had to borrow a car they said it would be 50 dollars a day. That’s crazy. I will not recommend u too any of my friends what you put me through.

Sebastian was very helpful. I wasn't sure exactly what the problem was with my car but he ran test and ran all the recalls and explained everything to me in detail. He even had someone bring me to target while I waited which made the time fly by. I would definitely bring my car back in next time I need service
