When I called the lady on the phone wasn't very helpful but I still booked the appointment and hoped for the best as in previous appointments I went to reading. I arrived finding out there wasn't a driver to drop me off at kohls. I was told short staffed. I know times are hard for businesses right now however I live 35 minutes away and don't feel sitting at the dealership for 2 hours to have my car fixed is a bit of a wait. So I had to walk 24 minutes on roads with fast cars. I guess you can say lesson learned. Next time I will ask to talk to someone who seems more helpful to make sure I will be all set when I arrive or just continue to go to Reading

This was my first time using the dealership for my first service on my Honda Ridgeline. I waited for the vehicle and the oil change and tire rotation took a full two hours. I asked the service rep at the end of the appointment if this was normal and he said no it was not. I will be back for the next oil change and hope it is a shorter visit!

She explained everything about the wiper blades which I did not have the original ones. Bought original ones and now I can just replace the rubber strip at the dealer for $9 a piece. Did not know this when I bought the car, You should educate the buyer better.
