I called at 7:00 AM about an Emissions warning light that came on that day. I was given an appointment the same day at 4:00 pm. The young lady that checked me in was very friendly! She informed me the technician was able to pinpoint the problem but their system was down so she couldn't verify if the repair would be covered under my warranty so on Monday she would check and give a call. I was grateful I was able to get an appointment the same day after work and that they were able to identify the issue!
