Excellent service, by Joel, and my car was fixed in record time. Great communication between Joel and he kept me updated every step of the way. I am 100% satisfied knowing my car is in good hands. This is the best Honda service anywhere. They keep track of my vehicle that has had serious problems with it but I was told they are reported to Honda. I've had a few and it's very scary. Thank you Joel, and those who worked on my car, they did an outstanding job. Honesty is rare, and I truly believe its the best policy.

Joel was fine. I came in for a broken back window latch. Waited over an hour in the waiting room for them to tell me the part needs to be ordered. Went back again with appointment for another wait hour, now they have to order an additional part for the latch. Another appt this coming Tuesday and hoping third time is a charm.
