Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. - patient with my questions, and super helpful. I was disappointed that there was a recall on my vehicle that was not picked up at my recent service appointment. I travel some distanced to get to the dealership, and would have appreciated not having to make another trip to get that rectified.

I received a computer printout listing what was done and the total cost. However, I didn't receive an invoice, like I have in past appointments, with the breakdown and separate costs.
