The service was fine. However, paying my bill with a credit card I was charged a “technology fee” or surcharge fee of 3.5% which I was told this policy began in March of 2024. If using debit or cash there is no fee. It is illegal in MA to charge a consumer a surcharge fee to cover your processing fees. At the time of my appointment I forgot a coupon and told the service agent who honored it. Since that was done and I appreciate it, I am not looking to recoup the fee back, but wanted to notify you about the MA law regarding the surcharge fee.
