The Honda Fit that needed a new battery is a car that is used intermittently and the battery has not been holding a charge as well as it might. I was about to go shopping and the car wouldn't start, so I used a trickle charger for a few minutes while I called Bouchard Honda, it was about 3:00PM. The pleasant young woman on the phone was very positive and I drove to the Lancaster showroom, and was quickly and courteously helped. In about an hour the problem was diagnosed, I had a new battery and was on my way. I felt very well looked after, and the charge was very reasonable.
