It wasnt with Joel it was with Jamie. Jamie was amazing, he took my call uesterday, knew exactly what I needed and got me in quick for repair. He was able to save my tire that I bought from Ron Bouchards last November. He didn't upsell me today, knew what I needed and got the job done quick so I could get to work. Even has a part on order for complete fix of tire issue that couldn't be completed today. Thank you, Jamie, 100% satisfied
