My mom recently brought my car in for service at Honda, despite not having made an appointment, and she was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer care provided. Marissa was exceptionally accommodating, taking the vehicle in right away, even though it’s not a Honda. She was attentive and professional, offering compliments on the car and providing my mother with a service coupon. Marissa also made a point to personally visit the waiting area to inform her of additional services needed, such as a tire rotation and a license plate light replacement, which were handled during the same visit. The efficiency and attention to detail were outstanding. Based on this positive experience, we will continue returning for future service, regardless of the car brand.
