Only thing I would have liked that didn’t happen was to have been provided a total for the recommended services so that I wasn’t surprised by the more than $1,000 bill at the end.

Todd Downes was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has a great layman-technical speak, as well as being a great human and super considerate and respectful to me as his customer. He made sure all the details of the service I requested were explained and the pricing was complete and accurate. I will always ask for Todd when I have service done on my Honda.
Also I had a car ride with mechanic Jayden. He listened carefully to every concern I had and had some instinctual ideas of what the issue with the car was. He worked on my car and felt he was invested in my issues.
