We were notified after 4.5 hours of the car being in the shop that the wrong part was ordered so the car would not be ready until the following day. Unfortunately, the vehicle was already dismantled so we were unable to get it back. That would have been fine if a loaner vehicle had been available but we were left in an unfortunate position of having to cancel some important plans due to not having transportation.

Natasha and the entire service team went above and beyond when my transmission had problems while on vacation visiting relatives in your area. I live in Wisconsin and had no idea how I was going to get myself, mother and 3 kids home had your team not made me a priority.
