This service call could have been avoided all together if, the last time I came in when the service code appeared, it was found to be a non issue and the reset was not done completely, I would not have had to come in at all.
Your service department is great, this was the first time the reset was not completely reset.

I am not necessarily an Acura person. But this dealership is so good, and I mostly mean the service, that I am considering sticking with Acura over other luxury brands just to stay with this dealership. I can think of no higher praise than that - they may have me buy a new Acura just because I love the dealership (and service).
