This is the second time I visited Acura of Auburn. The first was for parts and yesterday was for service. I was greeted promptly, the car was serviced quickly and as requested. Jeffrey was very polite, accommodating and helpful with all my inquiries. The Quiet room was very clean and the free internet was helpful in performing my work. Great service and accommodations all around.

This has nothing to do with Jeff but I’m very disappointed that I had to replace my battery for the second time and was charged $200 for it. I was told that perhaps the batteries have been bad lately and have been sitting around before getting shipped so maybe that’s why they aren’t lasting. Well that’s not my fault. I understand replacing the first one but you gave me a bad battery the second time and now it’s past warranty of the car and I have to pay for it? That makes no sense. I’m in sales in a different industry but when my customers get faulty products, we charge the manufacturers, not the customer. My wife and I bought two cars there in the last year and have given you all of our service opportunities but this doesn’t stand well with me and I believe I shouldn’t have to pay for this battery. I look forward to a response Thanks Brian
