Nancy was very knowledgeable and courteous. She handled a difficult situation with EZ care warranty company. They were not responding well to my Transmission failure. Finally had to settle for an aftermarket transmission. Nancy did all she could do to resolve this issue. I was without my vehicle for almost six weeks. I am well satisfied with Powers Swain. But am not satisfied with EZ Care which I initially purchased thru Powers Swain. I will be selling this vehicle.
