My check engine light is still on! And I received poor customer service, one of the service techs was rushing me about my car a day before Thanksgiving day, the maintenance manager and mechanic
Was incompetent in ref to fault codes of my 2019 GMC Acadia Denali,
Poor customer service is like dripping water! In time in car ruin any business, If I was treated this way I’m sure other customers are receiving poor customer service! My check engine light came on the very evening.

I dropped my vehicle off at 8am to have a bad
Module replaced. The tech said he would keep me informed on the progress of the service. At 3pm I had not received any calls nor emails from the service center so I called for a status. Only then was I told the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that the vehicle wasn’t repaired because the module had to be ordered and I would have to bring it back. Why wasn’t I informed of that several hours earlier so I could have my truck and carry out my day?

Representatives at Power Swain did all they could, just unfortunate there are no parts locally anymore. GM needs to take care of their customers better as far as rental services if they are going to have parts unavailable for extended periods of time and a vehicle is still under warranty. I am required to drive my personal truck for my job and this experience was extremely inconvenient and costly in my life. Beyond disappointed with GM itself not the Representatives at Power Swain. The $44 daily rental refund is absolutely ridiculous and they know it.

I do not believe that I want another service writer, other than Nancy. Her dedication her hands on her knowledge her commitment, and I could go on and on I have had other service riders at this dealership and she by far. is a five star employee! While my vehicle was on the rack, she came and got me to take me into the shop so that I could see the problem that was found which was not related to the problem I was there for although when I first spoke to her, she told me there were five or six vehicles ahead of me. She ask for the service manager. and the shop foreman to look at my vehicle my vehicle was repaired on the spot and scheduling the work for the other problems identified. The other problems identified had manifested prior to my purchase of the vehicle and previous service riders did not Give the care to walk into the shop and investigate. I have had a multitude of problems with this vehicle starting prior to my purchase of it which were not addressed they were passed on to me again, Nancy five star plus.
