The entire service department at Pwer Swain is phenomenal. Darius kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and I had my car back by the next day.

Terrible customer service! I had to call several times to get updates on my vehicle being serviced under a warranty claim. Technician were very nonchalant about my concerns. Vehicle service was completed and technicians in duty had no clue. Apparently the service technician whom was responsible was out on maternity leave and left no communication on the process with my claim. After I called warranty company they stated dealership never sent final invoice. After speaking to service department for the tenth time I was able to pick my vehicle up. Lack of communication internally with co-workers about his work load shouldn’t be on the customer. Never again!

I love the people here. The customer service is great and everyone is kind. But after leaving the car there for a month and being charged almost $500 to replace one wire, my customer's car is still having the same issue and left them stranded this morning. I'm now having to pay pay to have it towed back to Powers Swain. I was very clear about the issue being intermittent and it would have to be driven more than 30 MI to duplicate the issue but this wasn't done. I'd like the general manager of Powers Swain to please give me a call. Thank you!
