This was recall work and the dealership reached out to me, scheduling was easy and the job was done timely. While I waited I looked at a few new cars and the sales staff were all very nice and enjoyable to work with. Great dealer!

My Volvo XC60 was brought to the dealership due to a faulty rain sensor. Brian Lawrence was my service advisor. During the initial appointment I was told that a part needed to be ordered and that I would be contacted when it arrived at the dealership. I came back on Tuesday to have it installed. At the conclusion of the appointment I was told that the problem was resolved and that it was functioning properly. On my drive home I turned it on and it failed as it had done previously. I conducted some research to see if this was a common problem. I contacted Mr. Lawrence and asked several questions based on my research in an attempt to resolve the issue. One of the questions pertained to the fact that I do not have a Volvo windshield. From that point on Mr. Lawrence was short and condescending and told me that I needed to deal with my insurance company to get a new windshield. I would’ve thought if the after market windshield was a factor it would have been brought to my attention at the initial appointment. I would’ve expected better customer service from Volvo.

Antonio, John and Brian were very helpful, professional and good listeners. They had my car detailed again after I explained the salesman delivered the car still quite dirty.
There is a dealership much closer to my home but I’m hoping to still go to Arrowhead based on my experience.
Not the salesman’s fault—he was told it was detailed before he delivered it.
The detail team even buffed out some scraped on paint that I thought I would have to take to a body shop.
