Very frustrated that my experience with the service agreement mere days after it was sold to me does not at all align with what sales told us. No follow through or follow up, no loaners available, unable to transport my vehicle to Mitsubishi dealership for me (all items that sales specifically mentioned in the pitch to get us to purchase the service agreement). Not to mention that the car was sold to us with less than half the battery capacity remaining without that ever being mentioned.

Apparently, what is wrong with my XC 60 is that an electronic malfunction has occurred. All they could say is is that maybe in 48 hours the system would reset. I realize that new cars have lots of electronics on them, and it may not be the responsibility of the service department to take responsibility for that. I just think that the car should’ve been left at arrowhead Volvo until it was repaired. I have an innate fear that it won’t get fixed. I’m sorry to unload on you, I love this car it’s really great! And I really love that it can recharge. I’m hoping it will do what you said it will do and reset .

Appointment was to check brakes, handle recall and update navigation.
Also added 40k to it even tho only required for time not distance ( mileage is only 26k).
Crew not only was unable to update navigation, but also it took FOREVER, had to be interrupted AND now navigation is disabled as is my steering wheel buttons for radio.
Now have to give up two more days, at least two hours of drive/traffic time to come back in early May get these ish fixed
REALLY REALLY disappointed in the service here. First time client. Unimpressed.
Ali was professional and attentive but really question your service team.
REALLY NEED your A team to be involved on my next appointment
Would appreciate time to discuss.
