The windshield washer fluid was never topped off, I was told it was but the light is still on. My brakes are still squeaking.

I liked the part that tech-Mike has told the service advisor that he will reach out to the HQ and reschedule for maintenance to squash the actual defect of the vehicle. Never heard that from any previous tech.

The repairs were complete but the engine bay was not cleaned. Why do I overpay for dealer costs and up charges when you don’t do the simple customer service things we need. Your inspection isn’t complete. My rear wiper had been in tatters the last two visits. I waited for you to check it. Nope. Even though each time I brought the vehicle in and you indicated you checked the washer nozzles. Nope. I had to ask you to repair. Again after multiple visits and not being checked.
Last, I reall lol you people. But man, when I come as ask for a repair, and I ask if the warranty can be applied, can you at least offer me the discount on the service? Is it that difficult? A $40 discount from this last visit might keep me coming back. But I’m done.
And now you want $150 for an oil change?
