We drove from CA to AZ to attend NASCAR. We made an unplanned trip to look at some property for sale which took us up a rugged dirt road. Only thing we gained was our car hemoraging oil. Jake & the fantastic service crew there were able to get us back in our car in one day. Awesome! They were fast, professional and empathetic towards our situation. We got our Volvo back in great working condition and thoroughly cleaned inside & out. It sparkled! These guys deserve a raise or a healthy bonus. I received a text stating my vehicle was ready. I paid the requested amount of 167.44 and proceeded to see Jacob for my vehicle. He indicated that my vehicle was not ready and I owed a whole lot more money for the diagnosis another$196.56. Not very happy about this and will not be buying from Volvo in the future.
