Ali is a national treasure, and should be protected at all costs. I really appreciate her knowledge and honesty, and always enjoy working with her when I bring my car in for service. She is someone who really understands the trade-offs involved in decision-making regarding servicing or replacing parts, and it's evident she understands the potential that great service creates lifelong business relationships and trust. Honestly, it's people like Ali, leading from within the service department, that would have me encouraged to continue owning Volvo & recommending this dealership over any local competitor.

My wife was very impressed with how Jake got her XC 60 repaired and serviced. He continually kept us apprised of the status of the lengthy repair. He exhibited his usual friendly, caring and professional self in the handling of the vehicle’s repair. Thank you so much Jake.

Re: Certified Volvo Technicians - my thoughts - if someone drives health an hour to visit after the excitement of a new model SUV and a second time Volvo owner with a safety concern, minor as it may be it seems reasonable if Volvo N America is also involved that the concerns with be addressed, resolved, and taken seriously. Unfortunately; Ali had to take the car back, with one bolt unscrewed and reinstalled, missing the main issue seats slide was broken, leaving the seat unable to properly lock, and after over 6 hours, the vehicle returned with the final diagnosis being discovered by Alis herself. Throughout the process, Volvo N America Corporate regional manager Matthew checked in via email. He wasn’t impressed. I left wondering how a dealership sells such nice cars and then has no resources to obtain direct authorization and schedule follow up for repair could even remain open. If Ali had the direct communication with Matthew that I had, that would be a good start. If the entire service department were in proper alignment with Volvo, North America for warranty and recall defects, I am certain that I would have been able to have my issue resolved in one visit if the parts were available and a maximum of two. At this point in time, I have called back and spoken to Ali and the message that I have received is “we’ll just have to wait and see what they do as far as authorizing parts.“ That was well over seven days ago and I have heard nothing from anyone.

Antonio was great, and this should in no way reflect on him. But the fact your dealership has the gall to charge me $1,700 for work, and then charge a 3% credit card fee on top of that? Did you not make enough **** money already? I’ll never be back because of that alone. Which is sad because I really enjoyed the service and how helpful the team was.
