While the service needed was completed fine, the effort on my part and the lack of transparency in setting expectations plus just overall quality customer service was so lacking.
No need to contact me unless it is from your GM and part owner of this location.
Onsite management is very aware of the issues and did his best to reconcile.
Regardless, it’s unfortunate that this is our 3rd service need here and our 3rd horrible experience.

I came in after my car battery failed. It was replaced, costing me $500. I was 4 days beyond warranty. If I’d received an estimate, I would have shopped for a more reasonably priced battery. I called ahead and thought I was under warranty, I guess the warranty did not apply to my vehicle.
