Right upper engine torque mount was broken, but it was identified and was brought to my notice only when I went to pick up at 2.30 (My service appointment was at 8AM). Now I need to take the car again to service to get it fixed. I was told it's not a big deal to drive it like that, hope it's that way till I get it fixed next week.

I had an 8:00 am appointment and was there on time. Antonio checked me in and said it would take 1-2 hours. I went to the lounge to wait. The problem was the map portion kept giving me the message looking for gps and I couldn't get information because the car can't go online. A little over an hour later Antonio told me the car was ready and washed as well. Driving home which is over 20 miles the map portion started doing the same thing as before. I called Antonio and told him I couldn't return I had thing I had to do. I will try again Monday 10/21 to make a new appointment.

After all of the testing that was done in July, the prescribed software reboot turned out to not be the solution to remove the "low battery" warning light, since the warning reappeared the very next time I drove the car and many times afterwards. The thorough testing was repeated again after bringing the car back in October for the same problem. This time the diagnosis was that the low battery warning will come on whenever the car is not driven long enough or often enough to charge the battery. Please refund the amount we paid to unnecessarily update the software program.
