My vehicle was picked up and I had zero communication with a person until I kept calling. Initial appointment was for a simple oil change which got missed and car had to be kept overnight. Again no communication on when I would be getting my car back. Had to call again the morning and find out what was going on.

Love the people here from Antonio to Ally and service manager John Green. Unfortunately, the cap was not screwed on tightly from todays service and the coolant spilled over & engine light came on to stop engine. Fortunately w assistance from Ally we put some water in and drove to OReillys to buy some green coolent for $15. The error code still showing up since auto glass replacement. The recalibration techs have tried everything and couldn’t clear the collision info on panel. Also after battery installed now the mirrors don’t fold in when locking as they normally do. I believe that needs to be reset. All in all we love you guys. Always make us feel welcomed. Mistakes sometimes happen so we are forgiving. Just sharing the feedback & I k ow you guys will make it right. Antonio in particular has always gone out of his way to do the little things to help w my sons 2011 Volvo and my 2023 C40 recharge.
