Ali did a terrific job assisting me in what was a lengthy warranty repair.
My vehicle was dropped off for repair on Feb 17 but due to parts availability it remained with the service department for 49 days.
When I picked up my repaired vehicle I noticed a large 20” windshield crack that was not present when I dropped it off. I reported this to the service staff before departing and will now be working to get it replaced.
I am also in contact with Volvo Customer Care working a potential trade assist option.
I would like to thank the Arrowhead Volvo team and specifically Ali for her continued hard work through what must have been a stressful situation. Overall the situation is unsatisfactory but was not the fault of anyone at Arrowhead.

My vehicle was in for a oil change and tire rotation and to diognose a noise i was hearing. Dropped off at 11am and received a text at 3pm that it will be done soon and to text if I had any questions. I did. Twice. Once to ask if they found anything at 350pm and a second time asking if my car was going to be left over night at 641pm. The service center closed and no response from anyone. Had no clue what was going on. The following day I waited till 1030am with no call or response from my messages. I called and spoke to the service manager, who assured me he was sorry.
