Jake was amazing. He was happy to work with me and answer any questions and truly provided amazing service. I have been to other Volvo dealerships and was let down by the customer service at the service department and didn’t feel like they cared about me as a customer. I purchased a used car and the alignment was off, pulling to the right during the test drive. I was assured the car was inspected and an alignment had been performed. I was told before purchasing that the car would be re-aligned. After picking up the car and driving 160 miles home, the car still pulled to the right. I will be bringing the car back 160 miles this weekend to a 3-party alignment facility that has performed excellent alignments on my vehicles in the past. Dealership(s) have lost my trust in their alignment and front-end inspections in general.
