I had a 7:15 appointment to have my car serviced (30,000 miles). I arrived at 7:10 and was quickly checked in. I was finally notified at 10:32 that my car was ready. It just doesn’t seem like this service should take over 3 hours to perform this service.

Brian is always great. The heater issue is concerning. Not sure why Volvo is having so much trouble with the electric heater. Bought xc90 recharge new a year and a half ago. Heater didn’t work from the start and took over a month to get. Now it is not working again. It’s not like the heater is heavily used here in the valley. We haven’t had it on since February. Don’t get it
