Ali is the most knowledgeable service advisor I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve been buying cars for well over 50 years. I’ve had service advisors try to bamboozle me and I know it whey they try because I know a lot about cars. With Ali it’s just straight, factual answers that make sense. I trust her with my car.

The service provided by Ali Chrissman was top notch!
However, I was blindsided when I went to pay for the service on my car and was told I was being hit with a credit card fee. I feel I was being forced into paying this credit card fee as nobody walks around with $600-$700 in cash and I don’t even own a debit card. Thankfully we were at home so we could dig out the checkbook to pay for the cars service without paying an additional credit card fee.
In addition your service dept forgot to reset the annoying maintenance due light. Ali was able to calmly talk me through the reset process so I didn’t have to bring the car back to Arrowhead Volvo.

Our appt. was 9 am so we could get all work nec. done today. Antonio asked if I had a time I needed to be done, I I told him we wanted 70,000 mile checkup (to include oil change) and probably needed new large battery. I said as long as all was done today I did not have a time. Antonio told me he would call after inspection to let me know about battery and anything else. We had to call after 3 pm to ask what was going on with car. At that time Antonio told me about 2 significant issues. He apologized, told me he misunderstood me, but made no effort to correct his error. We have been very happy with our service with you until this visit. We were w/o a car all day because we expected the inspection to be done in morning (why we had 9 am appt.) and then be told of any problems in time for problems to be fixed before end of day. I asked how long the torque (one problem besides battery), and Antonio told me maybe 10 minutes. So, Antonio knew we would probably need a new battery-I told him when I dropped it off, and then they found the torque problem, so if my car was serviced at the time if my appointment, there would have been plenty of time to take care of everything. Now, I need to find time and go w/o a car again. Not happy!
