I had an oil leak from a busted cap that possibly wasn’t put on correctly the last time I had my oil changed at the dealership. They fixed the cap today but didn’t fill up or top off my oil that leaked out. I’m puzzled as to why the technician didn’t fill up the oil I lost. Jake is great. He’s one of your best. It’s the actual service in the back that’s questionable to me.
