Antonio is fantastic and works hard to do everything he can to help, big thank you to him. But, I am consistently disappointed in the inability of this dealership to live up to what was promised at time of sale. No loaners or alternative options available and having vehicle issues this soon after purchase does not inspire me to continue with Volvos after my lease is up.

Ali is honest, friendly, personable, nice, engaging and great to deal with. I loved dealing with NICK and I love dealing with Ali. She is the only person I will deal with because she is fair and honest!! Thank you Ali!!! I looked at the new 2024 xc90’s after picking up my car but they only offered me a LOW LOW LOW ball offer of 43k for my car. It’s only got 20,400 miles and is in immaculate condition. You have great service but that was not good.

I have chosen to not continue doing business with the service department at this dealership. I purchased a CPO 2 weeks ago and finished the paperwork over the phone prior to scheduling a time to pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival at the time I scheduled to pick the vehicle up on 9/23, I was made aware that there was a delay with the car being ready. That delay turned to be 2 hours long, I had learned the cause of the delay was the car was in detailing. The salesman let me know he put the car in for detailing at 10 AM that day to be ready when I was supposed to pick it up at 1 PM. Because of the delay that was I was constantly being reassured that it would be ready soon. In my opinion, that was very unprofessional and unacceptable from a business standpoint. Following the delay, I was finally able to get the car, I was so tired of being stuck at the dealership I left with the new car. Upon taking off, some issues prevailed but I was not going to go back until a later date. On Monday 9/25, I had to return to drop something off for the finance manager. I was greeted by one of the sales managers who accepted the paperwork and assured me it would get to the correct place. I then expressed my complaints about the broken pieces I had noticed in the car. I was prompted to taking the car around to the service department. Upon arrival to the service department, I showed the broken parts and scheduled a future appointment for 9/30. On 9/27, I received a phone call from the finance manager asking for the paperwork, I thought this was odd because I had given the paperwork to the manager on Monday. I assured the finance manager that I dropped the paperwork off Monday. It appeared to me that there is a lot of miscommunication between the finance and sales department and that is unacceptable from a business standpoint. Fast forward to 9/30 for my service appointment, I brought it in at 9:30 AM and was told it would be an hour and half to 2 hours. At the hour and a half mark, I hadn’t received any communication from the service advisor for updates on when it would be finished. I decided to go check with the advisor for an update, at that time I was told that it was unsure of when it would be done. At the 2 hour mark, I went back over to the service department and asked to have the car back regardless of the car being serviced or not. That is due to wasting my time waiting for the car being serviced. I was told by the service advisor that the part wasn’t in stock and that it had to be ordered. This automatically felt like a slap in the face. I had waited 2 hours to find out, the service department didn’t even have the part for the appointment and would eventually have to come back at a later time. I shouldn’t have had to wait 2 hours to be told the part wasn’t in stock. After the few bad experiences I have had to patiently sit through, I will not be continuing my business through your department and consider this feedback to do better with the next customer. Car was scheduled for repair a month in advance of appointment. Car was brought in on Wednesday and not returned until Friday. While I am grateful to Ali for her diligence, it is clear to me that your processes are not aligned. Delay was attributed to “waiters”, broken part, late in day processing, etc You are welcome to call if need be ****-****-xxxx
