Nobody called to update me about my car especially that they weren’t able to find out why my car engine turned off while stopped. No it wasn’t the auto off. Engine completely stopped and there was no gas or lights when I stepped on the gas. Had to find the hazard lights and placed the car in park then had to restart the car. Then on top of that I had to call around 5pm (drop off was at 0815) to find out if it was ready..surprise it was just getting out of the “car wash” I don’t feel very secure driving around in a car that randomly just stops running for no reason and no one can find out or do what I did google and per fellow XC60 drivers they have had similar experiences and was told it was the starter.
