I was satisfied with the service department and their efficiency in getting my Volvo back to me. What I am not happy with is that I drove a brand new Volvo 40 miles and it broke down. I bought a new vehicle because I wanted a dependable vehicle to travel but with this experience I don’t even want to go down the block to the store because this Volvo doesn’t seem dependable.
