Every time I send my car in it comes back incomplete. I received no follow up until I was getting my car back--I'm not sure if this is a tactic you use to make sure you are not able to meet my needs and I let it go, but I've asked for a call detailing what was done. This time my requests were not followed, but same last time. You car buying and service continue to be extremely unresponsive and poor in quality. I hope your service changes.
