I stated that I needed my car back by a certain time to get to work due to there being. I loaners available again & was guaranteed that request would be honored: Was not contacted at time of discussed pick up and had to go through two other people after stressing the importance of needing my vehicle back. I also asked for a car wash which was not done and a noise was being made on the car that nobody heard while in service but made the noise immediately after exiting the bmw parking lot. Overall not my most satisfied service visit
