Scheduled 2 weeks in advance for an oil change and didn’t find out until after my car was there all day that the dealer didn’t have the oil for the X5 in stock? Really not sure how this kind of misstep happens? Wasted miles on the vehicle, a half tank of gas and took time to drive my wife to and from work so her car could be serviced, for absolutely nothing. Extremely frustrating.
