I am completely satisfied with what Colin did. He is special and truly caring for our predicament. His extra effort pulled us from dispare to satisfaction. Colin and Ely (towing expert with Concierge Towing) located my car and had it at Arrowhead BMW within 2 hours this morning 08/27/ 2024. Where as the original case number 6535024 assigned to RT Recovery Services DBA Romeo’s Towing totally failed. They left on the roadside from 5:00 until 8:00 08/26 and then the truck that finally showed couldn’t tow my car and had to request a different kind of truck. Tha second (different kind of truck) never showed up. My wife and I finally gave up around 9:30pm and accepted a ride home. The Romeo Towing dispatcher assured us that instead of staying we could trust them to pick up my car and deliver it to Arrowhead BMW. At 4:00am 08/27 I received a text from Romeo Towing stating the second truck could not find my car… however Ely at Concerge Towing found it and towed it to Arrowhead BMW no problem. My opinion is Romeo Towing should never be used by BMW roadside assistance as they proof to be incompetent. Totally frustrating for my wife and I. We would have spent from 5:00pm 08/26 until sometime in the morning of 08/27.
